The Strathmore and Wheatland Chamber of Commerce's (SWCC) annual trade show is returning on Sunday, May 28 at the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Centre, and it's bringing a wide variety of business, activities, and entertainment for everyone to enjoy.

SWCC Executive Director Natasha Fyfe said the day will start with a pancake breakfast from 10:00 a.m. to noon this will be hosted by The Lions and will be $5 per person, so you can join for a nice breakfast before seeing everything else they have to offer. Even if you miss the breakfast Baldwin BBQ will have their food truck set up from noon to 5:00 p.m.

"We have 40 booths sold, so you'll see a lot of different businesses from Strathmore and the Wheatland County area. We'll have a bouncy house set up for the kids to play while the parents walk around and maybe shop, we'll have lots of live-on-location radio giveaways," she said.

For Fyfe and the SWCC, the show is about more than just business, as they hope to bring the community together to spend a nice day together. This includes other things like a dog show performing tricks, the Oxford Golf course setting something special up, and the aforementioned radio giveaways from 104.5 More Country.

"These dogs are talented, they can do more than what my kids can do most days, so come on out and take a look," Fyfe said.

There will also be several non-profits like the Wheatland Crisis Society, or people from Wheatland County talking about what's happening in the county, so there will be plenty of opportunities to learn more about what's going on in your community beyond learning what great local businesses are available.

If you're interested in being involved in the trade show, you can learn more and contact the SWCC at their website. Fyfe said booths start at $50 with several options, and if you're a non-profit you can get a booth for free.
