A 1969 Mustang Mach 1 was stolen in Calgary and was last seen on a flatbed in Strathmore on December 16.

In a Facebook post made by Lia Broadhagen, in early January, it states that the Mustang is believed to be headed east and is possibly on a flatbed.

"It is my ex-boyfriend's vehicle. I saw it in Strathmore but didn't think anything of it. Then my ex-boyfriend's name popped into my head because we have rebuilt vehicles over the years and such, I wasn't even looking at the flatbed. I was just admiring the vehicle and drove on," explained Broadhagen.

Broadhagen said within four days her ex-boyfriend's daughter posted about her dad's vehicle being stolen.

"Once I saw the picture, I contacted his son. His son passed it to his dad. His dad called me and then these last few days I've been bombarding Facebook with it and putting up flyers around town."

It was stolen when Broadhagen's ex ran out of gas because his gas gauge didn't work. So, he hailed a cab, got gas, and came back but within an hour it was already gone.

"I am going to hit up some of the storage units here even with the cold weather and contact as many towing companies as I can. I am going to try and do my best to find it, but it could be anywhere by now. I am going to try to hit all of Strathmore, I have gone all across Canada, Montana, everywhere."

On a Facebook post, Broadhagen explained there will be a $5,000 reward for info leading to recovery.

In another post on a Facebook page called Suspicious Behavior in and around Strathmore, Broadhagen expresses that she still has hope and faith it will be recovered.

"With a few possible leads it is believed to be in Slave Lake and/or the Strathmore area still, with the culprits just bidding their time. It is believed that it is still possibly on a flatbed."
